EV CHARGING WORKFLOW 充電流程

1. INSERT EV CHARGING CABLE
插入充電線

i.Remove the Charging Cable from EV charger station
將充電線從電樁拔出
ii.Insert the Charging Cable to EV vehicle
接駁充電線

2. OPEN XECO APP
打開 XECO 手機軟件

i.Install the XECO app from App Store or Google Play Store
經由蘋果應用程序商店或谷歌應用程式商店，安裝 XECO 軟件

 

3. TOP UP
充值錢包

i.Press Add Money button
按充值鍵
ii.Select Payment method
選擇付款方式

4. PRESS SCAN BUTTON AND SCAN QR CODE
按下掃描鍵

i.Press Scan button
按下掃描鍵
ii.Scan the QR code
掃描在充電樁機身上的二維碼

5. PRESS START BUTTON TO START CHARGING
按下充電鍵並開始充電

i.Press Start button to start charging
按下充電鍵，然後開始充電

6. PRESS STOP BUTTON TO STOP CHARGING
停止充電

i.Press Stop button to stop charging
按下停止鍵，終止充電

LIGHT INDICATION 亮燈狀態

1. Ready to charge
可充電

2. Charging
充電中

3. Reserved for charging
已預約充電

Terms and Conditions

1.The charging station is used by electric vehicles in Hong Kong which are properly licensed and certified by the Government of the Hong Kong Special  Administrative Region or its relevant agents.

2.Charging is only allowed for EVs parked at designated parking bay.

3.Users should ensure that the operation of the charging station facilities complies fully with this EV Charging Station User Guide.

4.Users are solely responsible to ensure that the charging is carried out safely so as to avoid any injury to any person or damage to property in particular users should ensure that:
i.  The EV is safe and suitable for use with the EV charging station；
ii.   The charging cable for EV charging is intact；
iii.  The charging cable has been safely plugged into the EV charging port before charging and that the positioning of the cable does not create a tripping hazard to other persons;
iv.  Before starting up the EV, user shall remove the charging cable from the electric vehicle (EV) port.

5.Users shall indemnify all claims and liabilities for damage to property or for injury or death of any person arising out of incorrect or unreasonable use of the EV charging station.

條款及細則

1.電動車充電站只供已獲香港特別行政區政府或其授權部門發出有效牌照或車輛證明文件之電動車輛使用。

2.只有停泊於指定泊位之電動車方可使用本充電站。

3.使用者必須依照本電動車充電指南使用充電設備。

4.使用者須在以下情況使用本充電站，以免引致任何人身傷害或財物損毀；
i.  電動車在安全及合適的情況下使用本充電站；
ii.   電動車專用充電線必須完好無損；
iii.  充電前，專用充電線必須妥善地接上電動車車身之充電插座，並擺放在不會構成絆  倒他人的位置；
iv.  開動電動車車輛前，請確保充電線從車充充電接口拔出。

5.因使用者用不當或在不合理使用情況下導致他人受傷、死亡或引致財物損壞，使用者必須承擔有關人士因此而所導致的索償、要求、訴訟、其他法律行動或責任。

A FAIR USAGE POLICY THROUGH LOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

By using one of the EV chargers at this car park, you agree that the load Management application may be activated.  Load Management System is an effective way to maximize the available power supply at this car park to enable more EVs to be charged at the same time. Once the total available power capacity has reached upper threshold level, the maximum charging current will be dynamically changed.  As a result, the EV charging rate may become slower (longer charging time).

1.By using this EV Charging Station, users acknowledge that they have read and understood all terms and conditions set out in the User Guide, and they agree to be bound thereby.

2.This EV Charging Station is intended only for the use by electric vehicles in Hong Kong which are properly licensed and certified by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or its relevant agents.

3.The EV Charging Station is owned and operated by AX XECO Limited.

4.In no event will AX XECO Limited be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of any incorrect or unreasonable use of the EV charging station.

5.Users shall indemnify all claims and liabilities for damage to property or for injury or death of any person arising out of any use of the EV charging station.

6.AX XECO Limited,  is not liable for any damage to cars using this charging station or carpark, nor for negligence or other incidents that may occur at this EV Charging Station and in the Car Park.

透過負荷管理系統所實踐的公平使用政策

當您使用此停車場內任何一個充電器，即代表您同意負荷管理系統或會因而啟動，負荷管理系統能有效地最大限度地利用停車場之現有電力供應，讓更多電動車可以在同一時間充電。當停車場整個的可供使用電力達到上限時，停車場充電服務使用者所獲分配的最高充電電流將會改動。因此，充電速度將會減慢 (即較長之充電時間)。

1.使用者已確認明白及接受在使用指南上列明的所有條款及細則方可使用電動車充電站。

2.本電動車充電站只供給已獲香港特別行政區政府或其授權部門發出有效牌照或車輛證明文件之電動車輛使用。

3.遨想能源有限公司為本電動車充電站之擁有人及營運方。

4.遨想能源有限公司並不會為任何因不正當或不合理使用本電動車充電站引致的損失而負責。

5.因使用者在任何情況下導致他人受傷，死亡或引致財物受損破壞，使用者必須承擔有關人士因此所導致的索償、要求、訴訟、其他法律行動或責任。

6.遨想能源有限公司無須負責車輛因停於本車場內使用本充電站而導致之任何損毀及損失，不論其疏忽或其他任何於本充電站及車場內發生之事件所導致。
