XECO offers payment methods such as Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, and Octopus Card, among others. In the future, additional payment methods will be available through software updates. Kindly note that users must install the relevant payment applications in advance in order to utilize the recharge services.
XECO 提供支付寶香港、微信支付香港、八達通等支付方式,將來可透過軟件更新,得到更多支付方式,温馨提示,用家須預先安裝相關的支付應用程式,才可以進行充值服務。
4. HOW TO START EV CHARGING?
如何開始充電?
To charge your device using XECO, users must have the XECO application installed and sufficient balance in their account. Follow these steps to initiate the charging process.
- Ensure you have at least the cost of one kilowatt-hour in your XECO wallet. For example, if the electricity rate is HK$3 per kilowatt-hour, you need to have a minimum of 3 coins in your XECO wallet to begin charging.
- Launch the XECO application and navigate to the charging section.
- Scan the provided QR code to access the charging page.
- Press the "Start" button to commence charging.
Please note that you can only initiate the charging process if you have installed the XECO application, have sufficient points in your XECO wallet, and meet the minimum electric rate requirement.
使用XECO充電,用戶必須先安裝XECO應用程式並確保帳戶內有足夠的餘額。按照以下步驟進行充電:
- 確保你的XECO錢包內至少有一度電的電價。例如,如果電價為每度HK$3,你需要至少有3個金幣在XECO錢包中才能開始充電。
- 開啟XECO應用程式,進入充電部分。
- 掃描提供的二維碼,進入充電頁面。
- 點擊「開始」按鈕,開始充電。
請注意,只有安裝了XECO應用程式、在XECO錢包中有足夠的點數,並且符合最低電價要求的情況下,才能進行充電。
5. HOW TO STOP EV CHARGING?
如何停止充電?
During the charging process, users can exit the XECO application at any time. If you wish to stop the charging, simply re-enter the charging section within the XECO app and press the "Stop" button.
當充電途中,可隨時跳出 XECO 應用程式,如需要停止充電時,用家可隨時進入 XECO 應用程式內的充電頁面,按停止按鍵便可。
6. UNABLE TO START CHARGING AFTER SCANNING?
掃描後,按開始鍵,未能開始充電?
If the charging process doesn't start immediately after pressing the "Start" button following QR code scanning, please follow these steps:
1. Be Patient: Sometimes there could be a slight delay due to network issues. Please wait for a few moments after pressing the button.
2. Retry after 5 Minutes: If the charging doesn't initiate, wait for approximately 5 minutes before trying again. This allows time for any network delays to resolve.
3. Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
當 QR code 掃描完成後,按“開始”鍵但未能充電,所以會建議如下:
1. 有時候,因為網絡有些延遲,如果按鍵後未能開始充電,請耐心等待;
2. 大約過了 1-2 分鐘後,還是沒有開始充電的話,請待5分鐘後再嘗試;
3. 如果 5 分鐘後再嘗試,依然出現問題,請與我們客服聯絡。
7. COINS IN YOUR WALLET ARE REQUIRED FOR CHARGING.
錢包內,必須有多少個 coin,才可充電?
1 unit of electricity, in order to start the charging process. For example, if the current electricity price for this charging station is HK$3 per unit, you will need to have 3 coins in your wallet to initiate the charging. Please note that if you only have 3 coins in your wallet, the charging station will automatically stop when it reaches 1 unit of electricity.
每次充電之前,請檢查你的 XECO 錢包內,有多少 coin,最低必須有 1 度電的電價,才可以開始進行充電,例如:該支電樁,現時電價為每 1 度電 HK$3,這樣你的錢包內,必須有 3 coins 才可以充電,温馨提示,如果只有 3 coin 在錢包內,充電樁便會在充滿 1 度電後便會自動停止。
