REGISTRATION WORKFLOW
A. Register a New Account
1. Click [Log In]
2. Enter Phone Number and Click [Next]
3. Enter One-Time Verification Code
4. Enter Email and Click [Complete]
✅ Successful Registration
B. Before Start Charging
On Profile & Setting,
1. Insert Car-plate Number and;
2. Set up Payment Method (VISA/ Master).
*System will charge the register payment card automatically after charging stop.
✅ Ready to recharge your EV
EV CHARGING WORKFLOW
A. OPEN XECO THAI APP
1. Click [Start Charging]
2. Scan QR Code on the charger (or input the charge number)
B. PLUG IN EV CHARGING CABLE
1. Unplug the Charging Cable from EV charger station
2. Plug in the Charging Cable to EV vehicle
C. Confirm to Charge
1. Confirm the charge detail and Swipe [Slide to Start Charging]
2. Check the light signal of the charger and the information in the app dashboard.
*Only DC charging will show battery charging level
D. Stop Charging
1. Click [Stop Charging and Pay]
2. Click [Stop Charging and Pay] again to confirm
3. System will automatically charge the registered card, and the bill detail will be displayed.
4. Unplug the Charging Cable. Depends on the vehicle model, users may press "Unlock" on the car key to unplug.
